At Gleem Beauty we have a commitment to keep all Gleem Beauty products clean and fresh. To support our commitment, and we custom process each individual order as we receive it and the product is out to you within 48 hours after you make your purchase. We do not have products sitting on a shelf for months.
All orders are shipped with delivery from 2 to 4 days, depending upon your shipping address. Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery estimates given factors beyond the Company's control.
Gleem Beauty offers free shipping as advertised within the continental United States only. Orders shipped outside the continental United States are charged a shipping fee calculated by our shipping partners as shown in checkout. Please call for more information 866 GO GLEEM (464-5336).

If you are dissatisfied with a Gleem Beauty product for any reason, send an email to orders@gleembeauty.com or call 866 GO GLEEM (464-5336) within 90 days of ordering. Please include details regarding the issue or your dissatisfaction and note whether you are requesting a return or replacement. You will be required to send the product back to Gleem so your return or replacement can be processed.
Purchases returned within 1-30 days will be credited back to the original form of payment. Returns made within 31-90 days will receive a Gleem store credit for the value of the product. Customer is responsible for any cost of shipping the product back to Gleem.
