If you are dissatisfied with a Gleem Beauty product for any reason, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or call 866 GO GLEEM (464-5336) within 90 days of ordering. Please include details regarding the issue or your dissatisfaction and note whether you are requesting a return or replacement. You will be required to send the product back to Gleem so your return or replacement can be processed.
Purchases returned within 1-30 days will be credited back to the original form of payment. Returns made within 31-90 days will receive a Gleem store credit for the value of the product. Customer is responsible for any cost of shipping the product back to Gleem.
