Certain products or services offered on our site may be available as subscriptions, pre-orders, or “try before you buy” purchases. This policy explains how changes and cancellations apply to each.

Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you agree to receive products on a recurring basis according to the frequency and duration you select at checkout.

  • Your payment method will be stored securely and charged automatically for each scheduled delivery
  • Subscriptions may auto-renew unless canceled before the next billing date

Managing or Cancelling

You may modify, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time prior to your next billing date by using the link provided in your order confirmation email or by contacting us at:

Changes or cancellations made after a billing has been processed will apply to future orders.

Pre-Orders

Pre-orders allow you to purchase products that are not yet in stock or are scheduled for future release.

  • We may charge full payment, partial payment, or no payment at checkout depending on the product
  • Your payment method may be stored and charged when the item becomes available and ships

Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel a pre-order at any time before it has been fulfilled (shipped)
  • Once a pre-order has been fulfilled, it can no longer be canceled, but may be eligible for return under our Refund & Return Policy

Try Before You Buy

For “try before you buy” purchases:

  • Your payment method will be authorized (not charged) at the time of order
  • You will be given a specified trial period to decide whether to keep the product

How It Works

  • If you return the product within the trial period, you will not be charged (subject to return conditions)
  • If the product is not returned within the trial window, your payment method will be charged in full automatically

General Notes

  • All cancellations must be completed before fulfillment or billing to take effect for that order
  • Refund eligibility is subject to our Refund & Return Policy
  • Gleem Beauty reserves the right to modify or discontinue subscription, pre-order, or trial offerings at any time
