Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- Requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase
- A valid order number is required
- You may be asked to return the product to complete the process
We reserve the right to deny returns that fall outside of this timeframe or do not meet these conditions.
Product Use & Condition

- Lightly used products are eligible for return
- Products that are empty, excessively used, or intentionally damaged may not qualify
- Original packaging is appreciated, but not required

Refunds
- Approved returns within 30 days will be refunded to your original form of payment
- Refunds are issued after items are received and reviewed
- Please allow 5–10 business days for your refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider
- Original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to:
- a damaged item
- an incorrect item sent by Gleem Beauty
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost returns
Exchanges & Replacements

- Exchanges are subject to product availability
- In some cases, a replacement may be offered in place of a refund
